This page is maintained by Atlas Authority to explain how we handle personal data through this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, and the Cyprus ePrivacy Regulation of Electronic Communications Law 112(I)/2004.

  • Contact data you provide voluntarily through forms (name, email, phone, business, message).
  • Technical data automatically collected by your browser (IP address, device, browser type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps).
  • Cookie and similar technology data as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your enquiries — legal basis: our legitimate interest and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Operating and securing the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 106 of Law 112(I)/2004).
  • Legal compliance — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after last interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal or contractual reasons. Cookie-based data is retained for the period shown in the Cookie Policy.

5. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with vetted service providers acting as processors on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery, scheduling). Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
